Realme GT 2 launched in India with Snapdragon 888: Check price, specifications
Realme launched Realm GT 2 in India earlier this week. This phone is a more affordable version of the GT 2 Pro realm smartphone. Vanilla GT 2 features include Snapdragon 888 chipset, AMOLED screen, 50MP primary camera and more.
Realme GT 2: What’s new?
Realm GT 2 displays the Realm of GT 2 design inspired by the same paper. This means you get a telephone in three variants – white paper and green paper, and a smoother black steel, which does not display paper inspired by paper. This new rear panel on the ‘paper’ variant has a unique nuance and even allows you to scribble with a pencil. You can read more about it in our full review of Realm GT 2 Pro below.
Return to GT 2, you get an AMOLED 120-inch 120Hz FHD + along with the fingerprint sensor below it and the pieces of holes on it. This phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset and this is added with 8 or 12GB of RAM.
For cameras, a 50MP primary sensor telephone with OIS (optical image stabilization), an 8MP ultrawide sensor and 2MP macro sensor. There are also two LED flash on the island camera, and on the front of the cellphone is a 16MP front camera for selfies and video calls.
Other features include a 5,000 mAh battery with 65W charging, stereo speakers, support Dolby atmos and NFC. This phone is also equipped with Android 12 based on realm 3.0 outside the box.
Realme GT 2: Pricing and availability
Realm GT 2 valued RS 34,999 for 8GB / 128GB variants and RS 38,999 for 12GB / 256GB variants. This aggressive price also makes the device become one of the most affordable snapdragon 888 phones that you can take in India.
Realm GT 2 will go on sale starting April 28 and will be available on the Realme website and Flipkart. Realme has also thrown a bank discount for HDFC card users who gave them a discount RS 5000 on both mobile storage variants
