Solar Eclipse on Mars: NASA’s Perseverance rover captures partial eclipse of the Sun – WATCH
Mars Rover Perseverace NASA caught a solar eclipse from the surface of Mars. Eclipse Solar Mars took place after one month Mars, Phobos, came between the sun and the planet. The rare eclipse record was distributed by NASA in the official Twitter handle to the Mars Rover PEVEREVERANCE. The tape was captured by NASA which persevemed Mars Rover using a mastcam-z camera.
The video was taken by Rover in April 2. This will help scientists in a better understanding of Mars Moon’s orbit and how their gravity affects the interior of Mars, including crust and coat. Eclipse lasts around 40 seconds. In particular, FOBO is 157 times smaller than the moon of the earth. Meanwhile, Deimos, another Mars Moon was even smaller. NASA said, “These images are the latest in the long history of NASA’s spacecraft capture solar eclipses on Mars. Back in 2004, the enthusiasm and chance of twin NASA Rovers took the first phobos photos during the solar eclipse.
Personverance Rover landed on Mars on February 2021. Fobos Gravity gave tidal forces in the Mars interior. These troops ruined the stone in the crust and coat of the red planet. As per NSA scientists, these forces are slowly changing FOBOS orbits. Phobos is getting closer to the surface of Mars. This will hit Mars in tens of millions of years.Astrobiology is the main goal for the perseverance mission on the red planet. Rover will be a geological characteristics of past planets and climate. This will open the way for Mars human exploration.
